The Cantinas Ranch Foundation is a non-profit foundation that exists to transform our modern day culture through opportunities where God can be magnified through the Arts. In 2016 the articles of incorporation for Cantinas Ranch Foundation were updated to include Cantinas Foundation as a supported organization.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7A

Of the number of Directors authorized, one Director shall be designated by Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc. B. Wayne Hughes, Jr. and Wendy M. Hughes, acting jointly, designate the remaining Directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11B

Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and reviewed in detail by the President. The 990 is then provided to the Foundation's board of directors for review. The board of directors were instructed to provide questions, comments and concerns to the individual signing the return. No such inquiries were received.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

The Foundation has a written policy where the board of directors, employees and officers disclose any conflicts of interest at the time it was completed. These statements are completed annually and are signed. The chair of the board or secretary collect and review the annual disclosures. They are also responsible for determining whether the actual conflict exists. Should any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed, the board member or officer would be asked to refrain from participation in any deliberation or decision with regard to matters affected by the relationship.

The purpose of the team is to develop Christian Leaders in the dance community, inspire others through meaningful performances and develop a younger generation of dancers through workshops and community service programs. The dancers have been featured in multiple music videos, award shows and conventions. We provide inspiring performances and weekly After-School Dance Programming for 300 inner-city and low-income students. We have established the Cantinas Dance Club on the campus of Cloud and Fire. The school has limited access to Arts funding and our Master Teachers have provided Dance and Music training to the student body.

In addition to private event space rental, we hosted six free Christian Concerts. These concerts unifyed the Christian community in Paso Robles because the musician that perfromed were from different congregation each month.

These include master classes, assemblies and performances in conjunction with various schools, churches and ministries. The events focused on creating leaders in the arts. Our objectives were 1) To come alongside talented Christian youth in the hopes of raising gracious leaders 2) To provide dynamic opportunities to serve 3) To motivate young people to use their gifts for the glory of God and 4) To impact a variety of communities through the presentation of the artist's abilities.

Five thousand people were in attendance for the Night of Faith. The Cantinas Night of Faith brought the Christian community on the Central Coast together for a unifying evening of Worship. We created the Cantinas Worship Song contest as a way to discover, develop and disciple Christian Musicians with the intention of launching Christ-centered, dynamic leaders in the Music Industry. Our goal is to create a Community of Artists that support and promote each other with the common goal of glorifying God. This year we had 100 contestants and over 5000 interactive users. Our winners represented the Foundation at the largest Christian Award Show as brand ambassadors. We also used their music for a variety of collabroative video projects with the Cantinas Dance Project and other Cantinas Artists

HLCC's charitable purpose is to operate a global ministry with particular emphasis on ministry to youth to encourage individuals to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior, grow in their faith and Christian development, and establish the priorities of prayer, Bible study, and Christian fellowship. CF's charitable purposes are to transform modern-day culture by magnifying God through the arts; to be an outreach arts ministry with the purpose of developing Christian leaders through dynamic performances, inspirational concerts, exciting workshops and retreats, artist development and community service opportunities; and to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Cantinas Ranch Foundation's current and anticipated activities in support of HLCC and CF include, but are not limited to, the operation of a Christian camp and retreat center in the Lake Nacimiento area of California in accord with HLCC principles and goals, and to further youth acceptance of Jesus Christ and growth in their Christian faith through ancillary ministries, including running Christian celebrations at various local churches and other locations, and a music festival in the Lake Nacimiento area and providing financial and program support to CF in its Christian outreach and ministry. The supported organizations would not have been able to engage in most of these activities without the involvement of Cantinas Ranch Foundation.
