Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

“For the year ended june 30, 2021, gsw has documented its consideration of its uncertainty in income taxes and has determined that no material uncertain tax positions qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Gsw performed an evaluation of a certain tax position for the years ended june 30, 2021 and 2020 and determined that there were no material matters that would require recognition in the financial statements or that may have an effect on its tax-exempt status. Form 990 is subject to examination by the internal revenue service generally for three years after it is filed. As such, form 990 for the fiscal years 2017 through 2019 remain within the statue of limitations.”
