Recycled projects 10. Various gps projects for training, skill set enhancement and identifying endanger species habitats. 11. Rock armoring on mumerous trail systems. 12. Reduced down fuels to reduce wildfire threats. 13. Reduced encroaching trees.”
“Measures such as boardwalks, grading, trail-blazing, converting a railroad bed to a trail, etc. That make trails newly available. 5. Eco servants created 6 miles of new trail on united states department of agriclulture - forest service (usda-fs), lincoln national forest - smokey bear district. Trail was build 3.5 feet wide with a 6% out- slope on the tread. The corridor was cleared of vegetation to 12 feet high and 3 feet on each side for a multi-use trail (hikers, mountain bikes and equestrians). Two of the trails were buildt to be black rating or difficult level and other two were built blue rating or medium level. The trails and lengths are: t-92 to geriatric 2.3 miles cedar creek to t-92 1.9 miles t-93 to cedar creek 1.6 miles t-92 entrance 0.9 miles 6. We created 4 new trails at the instruction and supervision of the usda-fs in cedar creek and perk canyon areas. These trails were constructed due to the user created trails in the area were dangerous and unsustainable. 7. 11.7 miles of treated trail treated: removed invasive species, planted native plants, buildt riparian buffers, improved tread/corridorof existing trail or made changes to increase the trail lifespan, removed unsafe trail structures, repaired damage caused by visitor use, made changes to increase accessibility, cleared of natural debris (such as fallen trees/limbs and hazardous fuel)and unnatural debris (such as disaster debris and improperly disposed waste). Treatments must go beyond basic trash removal. 8. Eco servants treated 11.7 miles of trail on usda-fs - smokey bear district, usda-fs - sacramento district and bureau of land mgmt - roswell field office lands. 9. On smokey bear district we treated 3 trails: lower grindstone - 2.7 miles of: improving tread by removing berms from edge of trail, restoring flat flat out-sloped trail and removed vegetation from the tread. Changes to increase accessibility by clearing corridor of vegetation changes to increase trail lifespan by building grade-dips to shed water and repairing tread affected by erosion. Repair damage caused by visitor usage by repairing ruts and braiding 10. T-13, north and south cedar creek - 1.5 miles of: improving tread by removing berms from edge of trail, restoring flat out-sloped trail and removed vegetation from the tread. Changes to increase accessibitiy by clearing corridor of vegetation changes to increase trail lifespan by repairing tread affected by erosion. Repair damage caused by visitor usage by repairing ruts and braiding. 11. T-93, perk canyon trail - 1.9 miles of: improving tread by removing berms of edge of trail, restoring flat out-sloped trail and removed vegetation from the tread. Changes to increase accessibity by clearing corridor of vegetation. Changes to increase trail lifespan by building grade-dips to shed water and repairing tread affected by erosion. Repair damage caused by visitor usage by repairing ruts and braiding and removing user trails. 12. On sacramento district we treated 4 trails: corral canyon trail - .6 miles of: improving tread by removing berms from edge of trail, restoring flat out-sloped trail and removed vegetation from the tread. Changes to increase accessibility by clearing corridor of vegetation changes to increase trail lifespan by building grade-dips to shed water and repairing tread affected by erosion. Repair damage caused by visitor usage by repairing ruts and braiding 13. Chippeway trail - .08 miles of: improving tread by removing berms from edge of trail, restoring flat out-sloped trail and removed vegetation from the tread. Changes to increase accessibitiy by clearing corridor of vegetation changes to increase trail lifespan by building grade-dips to shed water and repairing tread affected by erosion. Repair damage caused by visitor usage by repairing ruts and braiding 14. Pumphouse h trail - 06 miles of: improving tread by removing berms from edge of trail, restoring flat out-sloped trail and removed vegetation from the tread. Changes”
