“Each member of he board of commissioners of henry county, georgia has the right to appoint up to two members to the board of directors of connecting henry, inc.”

“Connecting henry, inc. Will be a department of henry county, georgia government and the executive director shall be an employee of henry county, georgia and shall report to, be supervised by, and shall be hired/fired by the county manager in accordance with such policies and procedures governing the employment/termination of department heads.”

“No review was or will be conducted.”

“Each covered person receives a copy of the conflict of interest (coi) policy at the beginning of their relationship with connecting henry. The executive director (ed) and/or board monitor any conflicts of interest that have been disclosed. If anyone has reasonable cause to believe that the coi policy has been violated, they shall inform the ed or board, which shall evaluate all complaints. If the ed or board has reasonable cause to believe that a covered person has violated the coi policy, it shall inform the covered person of the basis for such belief and afford them a reasonable opportunity to respond. If, after providing a reasonable opportunity to respond and making any addiitonal investigation, as warranted, by the circumstances, the board determines that a covered person violated this coi policy, it shall take appropriate action to eliminate and/or cure the conflict of interest.”

“The executive director's salary is established by the board of directors in connection with the annual budgeting process.”

Organized to plan services and programs directed to improving child health, child development, family function, school performance, and family economic capacity. To coordinate, contract for, and/or operate these services and programs.”
