“The foundation's federal income tax returns for tax years 2014 and beyond remain subject to examination by the internal revenue service. Foundation management has evaluated for uncertain tax positions in accordance with existing accounting principles, and no such accrual is required for the years ended june 30, 2018 and 2017. There were no interest and penalties recognized in the statements of activities for the years ended june 30, 2018 and 2017.”

OUR PRINCIPAL EFFORTS ARE: 1) AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS (WE HAVE THE LARGEST SUCH PROGRAM IN OUR REGION SERVING 900 CHILDREN ON A TYPICAL DAY); 2) A TEACHER RECRUITMENT AND MASTER DEGREE RESIDENCY PROGRAM TO ATTRACT A GREAT AND DIVERSE TEACHER CORPS; 3) EXPANDED WELLNESS PROGRAMS FOR OUR STUDENTS, FACULTY AND THE COMMUNITY (PARTICULARLY MENTAL HEALTH) BOTH DURING AND AFTER SCHOOL HOURS; AND 4) FOSTERING PERSONAL GROWTH THROUGH EXPANDED LIFE EXPERIENCES FOR STUDENTS.
