Mission

The purpose of the organization is to expand significantly access to real estate loan credit to under served and low income families; to deliver home buyer education and pre qualification assistance and counseling; to provide access to public agency subsidies; to provide a clearinghouse of up-to-date information about home ownership programs and services, post-purchase counseling and default intervention; to revitalize and re-establish positive neighborhood images; and to construct and develop land and renovate old building structures for under served and low income families through the use of public and private resources.
