“Fin 48(asc 740) the foundation is a not-for-profit organization that is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is not considered a private foundation within the meaning of section 509(a) of the code. At december 31, 2014 and 2013, management determined that there were no uncertain tax positions that require disclosure in the financial statements. The foundation's forms 990 and 990t, exempt organization business income tax return, for the years ended 2011, 2012 and 2013 are subject to examination by the internal revenue service, generally for three years after they were filed.”
