“The organization has two classes of membership:class 1: an individual member is to be considered as a registered cysa-s youth soccer player and registered to play in scdsl. Individual membership in good standing shall have equal voting rights at the annual general meeting (agm) each member of the club will have one vote, a parent will vote and have their vote counted for their child (player), unless that player is 18 years of age, a registered parent or guardian must sign a registration with appropriate identification in a registration process approved by the bod at the agm.class 2: a team would be considered a group of boys or girls, u8 to u19 made up of a minimum of 7 players with a carded administrator or coach. Team membership shall have equal voting and other rights at the coaches meetings, each team will receive one vote.the following persons shall be deemed automatic members in the strikers fc-south coast club: parents of registered players, coaches, assistant coaches, directors, officers, competition committee members, and all current registered players in good standing during the current season as stated by cysa-s.”

“A copy of the by-laws, certified by the secretary, shall be open to inspection by the members of the corporation, as provided in the corporations code of california.the annual report, prepared not later than 90 days after the close of the fiscal year shall be furnished to all directors and shall become a permanent part of the records of this corporation. At each annual general members meeting, the members present shall be notified of their right to receive a copy of the annual report.the books or accounts, maintained by the treasurer, shall be at all reasonable times open to inspection to any director and shall be available to any member upon reasonable notice.”
