BY LOWERING BARRIERS FOR POLICYMAKERS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPERS AND BY COUNTERING NEGATIVE PERCEPTIONS ABOUT MANUFACTURED HOMES, FBOA HOPES THAT MANUFACTURED HOMES WILL BECOME A VIABLE OPTION FOR DENSELY POPULATED URBAN AREAS. BY DEMONSTRATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANUFACTURED HOMES AS A HOUSING SOLUTION IN DENSELY POPULATED AREAS, FBOA WILL EXPAND ITS COMMITMENT TO REPRESENT THE COMMON INTERESTS OF THE OWNERS OF MANUFACTURED HOMES BY EDUCATING CITY LEADERS ABOUT THE PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE OF FACTORY-BUILT HOMES. FBOA BELIEVES MANUFACTURED HOMES CAN HELP ALLEVIATE THE HOUSING SHORTAGE IN URBAN AREAS BY PROVIDING AN AFFORDABLE, VIABLE OPTION TO CONVENTIONALLY BUILT HOMES FOR METROPOLITAN REDEVELOPMENT.
