“In order to improve the quality of life for people with visual impairments, the braille group of buffalo, inc. Transcribes and provides braille materials to visually impaired readers of all ages, and provides training and continuing education to those who produce braille.”

“(1) the organization provides free-of-charge braille transcription of printed materials to visually impaired braille readers in the eight counties of western new york. (2) the organization maintains a free lending library for local visually impaired people. (3) the organization provides copies of its braille masters to any individual in the united states, and, internationally, in order to cover expenses of producing this material. (4) the organization provides braille transcribing classes for future library of congress certified transcribers.”
