In accordance with the procedures stated in the coi policy, board members and officers: 1. Obtained a copy of the policy; 2. Reviewed potential conflicts (as defined) 3. Disclosed potential conflicts or confirmed no conflict exists 4. Recused themselves from discussion and voting (if conflict exists) the board of directors monitored and enforced compliance with the coi policy and documented this in minutes to meetings.”
