Review and determination of salaries, by the president of the board of directors and executive committee for the director's compensation, and by the human resources department and senior management (director, deputy director, chief curator, cfo, coo, head of development, head of marketing, communications and public relations, for their respective departmental staff positions), is based on mid-atlantic and midwest aamd compensation tables.”
