The Perkinson Center for the Arts and Education Board of Directors determines the Executive Director's compensation based on a combination of factors, including market benchmarks, the individual's experience and qualifications, and the financial health of the organization. Compensation is also reviewed periodically to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with the organization's goals and industry standards.

An independent accounting firm prepared and reviewed the form 990. The 990 is reviewed by the treasurer and board chairman and then a copy of the 990 is sent to all members of the board of directors before it is filed.
