Our Lady of Kilgore

The purpose of the organization is to unite the members of the public in the devotion, beliefs, and profession of faith in the virgin mary, the mother of god, and her apperarance at kilgore, ohio within the roman catholic community in and about the state of new york and all other states in these united states, and for the purpose of promotion of religious significance, and of devotion to the virgin mary and her appearance at kilgore, and to do any other acts or things incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes, or in advancement thereof, including the preservation of said location as a religious site, and to act both as a separate organization and in cooperation with other tax-exempt national state and local organizations, and other religious groups, and individuals, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its members, directors, officers, or any other individual.
