On an ongoing basis, the human resources department contacts their counterparts in the area to check their rates and benefits. Leading age ny conducts periodic compensation surveys that the organization reviews to gauge current salary structure within the industry. The facility's ceo presents salary recommendations for key employees to the executive committee annually for their review and approval. The facility's executive salary ranges for the ceo and cfo are based on an incorporation of a study completed in 2022”
