The president's salary is determined by, and voted on, by the board of directors. Every few years the board of directors' secures a compensation study with independent consultant to help determine the president's compensation. Annual evaluations are performed for all other employees by the employee's direct supervisor. Raises are given as a percentage of wages based on budget and funding and individual, program, and agency performance. The original copies of all employees' annual reviews are maintained in the employees personnel file.”
