Philippone realty, inc. Is the management agent for the operations of st. Theodore's apartments housing development fund company, inc. Philippone realty, inc. Is responsible for the physical maintenance and financial administration of the project. Philippone hires all employees and leases them to st. Theodore's. St. Theodore's pays a management fee for services rendered of 7.8% of most residential and miscellaneous income collected and reimburses philippone for additional leased employees. There were 4 philippone employees that were leased to st. Theodore's and salaries and benefits reimbursed to philippone during the tax year.
