“The organization provides each officer and director with the conflict of interest policy when they are elected or appointed. The policy is also reviewed annually. If a potential conflict with any officer or director arises, the organization follows the conflict of interest policy and documents that in meeting minutes.”
“Community Child Care Center is in session during the Rochester City School District's School year; September through June. Executive Director's salary is based upon the ten month school year. The amount of her salary is determined by the number of students enrolled, her ability to successfully manage and operate the UPK Program, and her salary is compared with the salaries of other Community Based Directors in our Rochester UPK Programs. Once the recommendations for the Director's salary is reached, it is included in the UPK Budget for the current school year. The UPK Budget is submitted to the Board Treasurer for review. After the Treasuerer reviews the Budget, she is able to make any modifications she feels are appropriate. The Treasuerer then, will incorporate the final version of the UPK Budget into her Provisional Budget and submits them to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for review. After the Committee reaches the final version, of the Community Child Care Center's Annual Budget, the Budget is brought to the full Board of Directors for their acceptance and approval.”

Executive Director's salary is based upon the ten month school year. The amount of her salary is determined by the number of students enrolled, her ability to successfully manage and operate the UPK Program, and her salary is compared with the salaries of other Community Based Directors in our Rochester UPK Programs. Once the recommendations for the Director's salary is reached, it is included in the UPK Budget for the current school year. The UPK Budget is submitted to the Board Treasurer for review. After the Treasuerer reviews the Budget, she is able to make any modifications she feels are appropriate. The Treasuerer then, will incorporate the final version of the UPK Budget into her Provisional Budget and submits them to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for review. After the Committee reaches the final version, of the Community Child Care Center's Annual Budget, the Budget is brought to the full Board of Directors for their acceptance and approval. |
