Part X : FIN48 Footnote

In accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, the Organization accounts for uncertainty in income taxes by recognizing tax positions in the financial statements when it is more-likely-than-not the positions will be sustained upon examination by tax authorities. As of June 30, 2019, the Organization believes that it has appropriate support for the income tax positions taken on its tax returns and, therefore, believes that it has no uncertain tax positions that would have a material impact on the financial statements. As of June 30, 2019, the tax years that remain subject to examination by taxing authorities begin with 2016.
