Financial Statement Notes

Income Taxes

The Organization has evaluated uncertain tax positions and related income tax contingencies and determined uncertain positions, if any, are not material to the financial statements, according to FASB ASC 740-10. Penalties and interest assessed by taxing authorities are included in operating expenses, if incurred. The Organization is no longer subject to examination by federal and state income taxing authorities for years prior to the year ended December 31, 2015.
