To lead and work collaboratively with community partners on innovative initiatives that advance quality, improve access and affordability, and transform health care delivery in the adirondack region.in march 2021, cvph and hhhn transferred their ownership interest in adirondacks aco to ahi in exchange for $1. As a result of the transfer, ahi became the sole holder of the membership interest in the adirondacks aco.
