See schedule o for continuation.troy hills apartments, section ii, district three, iue, housing development fund corporation ("troy two"), was incorporated pursuant to article xi of the private housing finance law and section 402 of the non-profit corporation law, both of the state of new york, for the primary purpose of: (a) providing relief to low income working families by supporting better housing including programs: providing financial assistance, counseling services, seminars and training to assist low income persons. (b) supporting renovations and improvements of low income housing including low income energy assistance programs by responsible contractors that provide fair wages. And to provide relief for needy individuals and veterans.

The non-profit corporation is exempt from income taxes, under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Management believes that all of the positions taken on its federal and state information returns would more likely than not be sustained upon examination. The corporation continued to pay a new york state filing fee, which is recorded as an operating expense amounting to $250 for 2014. The corporation's information returns for 2011, 2012, and 2013 are subject to possible federal and state examination, generally for three years after they are filed.
