Mission

The object and purpose of this organization is to enable civil service technical guild local 375 to properly represent its members in all industrial activity affecting their rights and duties as members of organized labor; to encourage higher standards of skill among its members; to cultivate an amicable atmosphere among the men and women of various crafts and those who may employ its members; to assist its members in obtaining employment; to represent and to bargain on their behalf with employers to obtain just wages and decent and acceptable conditions of labor, and to have the same duly incorporated in a collective bargaining agreement.

Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

In accordance with accounting standards, Local 375's management is required to evaluate tax positions taken and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the organization has taken an uncertain tax position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination. Local 375 is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Management believes it is no longer subjected to income tax examinations for years prior to 2012.
