THE CEO'S SALARY IS DETERMINED BY THE PAGNY BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR DOES NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION FROM PAGNY, A RELATED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, FOR THEIR POSITION AS DIRECTOR OF THE ORGANIZATION; THEY RECEIVE COMPENSATION AS EMPLOYEES PURSUANT TO AN AFFILIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN PAGNY AND NYC HEALTH + HOSPITALS, WHICH IS A PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION.”
