THE GRANT EVALUATION REPORT ASKS FOR DETAILS FOR THE PROJECT FOR WHICH THE GRANT WAS REQUESTED AND THE USE WITHIN THAT PROJECT TO WHICH THE FUNDS WERE PUT IN ADDITION TO DETAILS OF THE RESULTS ACHIEVED.
