THE ORGANIZATION WASSPONSORED BY SHELTERING THE HOMELESS IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY, INC., ANOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATON ENGAGED IN PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING BYBRINGING TOGETHER GOVERNMENTAL AND PRIVATE FINANCING. SHELTERING THEHOMELESS is our responsibility/Interfaith Council for Affordable Residence, Inc. IS THE SOLE MEMBER AND WITH WHITE PLAINS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUNDCORP., JOINTLY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINANCING AND COMPLETING THE PROJECT INACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF VARIOUS GRANT AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BY BOTHENTITIES, AND REQUIRES THE OPERATION OF THE CONSTRUCTED PROPERTY ASHOMELESS HOUSING FOR A PERIOD OF 25-YEARS.
