THE RESIDENTIAL INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS CORPORATION IS ONE OF SEVERAL ENTITIES THAT WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOUSING PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. HPDC ACTS AS NYC'S PRIMARY INTERMEDIARY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW,AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP HOUSING.HPDC LESSENS THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT BY FACILITATING INVOLVEMENT IN FEDERAL,STATE,AND MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT HOUSING PROGRAMS.HPDC HAS OVERSEEN CONSTRUCTION OF AN AVERAGE OF 1,200 UNITS ANNUALLY THROUGH OUTSIDE PRIVATE SECTOR BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS,AND FULFILLS A UNIQUE ROLE DUE TO ITS EMPHASIS ON AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP FOR NYC RESIDENTS.
