These statements address issues of ethics and conflicts of interest. It is the responsibility of all directors, officers, and employees to report ethics violations or suspended violations. Violations or suspended violations may be submitted on a confidential basis by complaint or anonymously. Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The company has applied for and received a determination letter from the internal revenue service ("irs") to be treated as a tax-exempt entity pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and did not have any unrelated business income for the year ended december 31, 2024. Due to its tax-exempt status, the company is not subject to income taxes. The company is required to file and does file tax returns with the irs and other taxing authorities. Accordingly, these financial statements do not reflect a provision for income taxes and the company has no other tax positions which must be considered for disclosure. The company's policy is to include any penalties and interest accessed by taxing authorities with excise tax expense. The company's form 990, return of organization exempt from income tax, is subject to audit by the irs for the prior three years. While no income tax returns are currently being examined by the internal revenue service, tax years since 2021 remain open.
