San miguel housing development fund company, inc. (the "company") is a not-for-profit and was organized for the purpose of developing and operating housing for persons of low income. The company is the owner of the housing facility located at 2386 ryer avenue, bronx, new york, known as the san miguel residence (the "project"). The sole member of the company is ryer avenue housing development fund corporation.
