The interest income has been classified as excluded income under irc 512(b)(1). Because the interest income fully offset the ordinary business loss, the organizations net unrelated business taxable income was $0. Accordingly, the organization has reported both revenue items in part viii of form 990, but no form 990-t filing is required for the 2024 tax year.”
