A copy of the form 990 is then forwarded to all members of the board via e-mail for review prior to a board meeting where the return is further discussed. Comments from the reviewers are gathered and edits are addressed. A revised copy is provided to the board members for approval before filing.”

Compensation amounts comparable to similar organizations and qualifications are provided by management to the board of directors for their review. The board of directors approves compensation for other officers and key employees using comparable data in similar organizations. The review was approved by the board of directors in september 2024.”
