The foundation has a committee that assumes responsibility for oversight of the audit of its financial statements and selection of an independent auditor.

Form 990, Part IX, Line 16

The foundation leases office space. In october 2005, the foundation signed a non-cancelable ten year lease for its current location with an unrelated third party. This lease expires december 31, 2015. The foundation is renting the space on a month to month basis.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The foundation adopted the accounting pronouncement related to income taxes which requires that a tax position be recognized or derecognized based on a "more likely than not" threshold. This applies to positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The foundation does not believe its financial statements include any uncertain tax positions. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to january 1, 2011.
