The organization has an affirmation of its principles statement and whistleblower policy that board members and senior staff are required to sign. These statements address issues of ethics and conflicts of interest. It is the responsibility of all directors, officers, and employees to report ethics violations or suspended violations. No director, officer, or employee who in good faith reports an ethics violation shall suffer harassment, retaliation, or adverse employment consequence. Violations or suspended violations may be submitted on a confidential basis by complaint or anonymously.
