Funds for the personal use of residents and funds received as security deposits for services are held in trust for them by the entity. These funds are segregated in a separate interest-bearing account for the tenants' benefit and are not available for other uses.

Help me housing development fund company's accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain tax positions when a liability is probable and estimable. Management is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes, nor of any exposure to unrelated business income tax for periods prior to december 31, 2017.
