“The organization's bylaws were amended to reflect the following changes: - the maximum number of directors changed from 21 to 25. - the requirement that divided the board into 3 groups so that the consistent amount of directors were changed out each year was removed. - directors may now request leaves from the board subject to majority of the board approval. The directors' positions will be reviewed every 6 months and will not be replaced for at least 2 years. - board officer terms were stated to be 3 years, and any director may stand for re-election for any number of successive or non-successive terms of office. - the provision stating the co-chair's powers and functions in the event of one co-chair position being vacant were removed. - in the event of the board chair, secretary, or treasurer being absent or disabled, the board of directors shall have all the powers and functions of the officers for the meeting.”
