The conservancy recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions are more likely than not of being sustained. Income generated from activities unrelated to the conservancy's exempt purpose is subject to tax. The conservancy did not have any material unrelated business income tax liabilities for the years ending june 30, 2016 and 2015.”
