Greater centennial homes housing development fund company, inc., (the "project") was incorporated in july 1981, as a not-for-profit corporation, incorporated under the laws of the state of new york. (for continuation of mission statement - see schedule o). The project is sponsored by the greater centennial a.m.e. Zion church of the city of mount vernon. The principal purpose of the project is to provide housing for low and moderate income families and to demonstrate a continuing commitment to managing and preserving a viable source of quality affordable housing in mt. Vernon.
