“The board of directors will consist of at least seven members.”

“Directors will serve a term of 3 years and cannot serve more than two consecutive terms unless invited by the board to do so. The board may invite termed-out board members to serve additional terms based on the need to preserve the institutional history and specific skills required by the organization. To extend the number of terms requires a vote by the quorum of the board and the executive officers. Invited board members have the option to decline.”

“Organzations Process To Review Form 990- FORM 990 IS PREPARED BY INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT AND REVIEWED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND THE BOOKKEEPER. THEN THE COMPLETED FORM 990 IS SHARED WITH FULL BOARD VIA EMAIL BEFORE FILING.”

This is our continuing commitment to our family, some of whom are living, most of whom have passed away and most of whom are yet unborn.”
