Nybce recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions are more likely than not of being sustained. Management has determined there are no uncertain tax positions for the years ended december 31, 2024 and 2023. Ventures is a single member llc and is treated as a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes. Ventures is wholly owned by nybce.”
