Mission

The mission of pepsi-cola bottlers' association, inc. Is to continuously monitor and represent the members' opinions; provide pepsico, its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates (pepsico) with members' viewpoints on key issues; develop joint strategic plans and other programs with pepsico; function as an information resource by collecting and analyzing information for the betterment of the pepsico franchise system; keep the members informed; represent members' interests on legislative issues; facilitate the formation of cooperative arrangements and centralized processes; and most importantly facilitate the building and protection of the franchise equity of its members as it relates to the manufacturing, sale and/or distribution of products under current and future agreements with pepsico.

To promote the improvement of business conditions in the bottling industry.

Pepsi -cola bottlers' association is a membership organization. The members meet at least once a year to elect the board of directors and the officers of the organization as well as to transact other business.
