Mission

Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, aiesec offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to obtain experience and skills that matter today. Aiesec members live an integrated development experience. This involves leadership opportunities, international internships, and interacting with a global network to support their development.

Aiesec is a program of international management development for businesses throughout the world. It provides international exchange traineeships, educational tours, and seminars.
