“The conflict of interest policy applies to all members of the board of trustees, the head of school, the members of the leadership team and key employees of the masters school. A conflict of interest or potential conflict must be disclosed to the chair of the board who then refers the matter to the executive committee of the board. If a conflict exists, the individual will refrain from participating in any consideration of transactions involving the conflict. In addition, they can not participate in any discussion regarding the matters and can not vote or be present during the vote regarding the matter.
