Description of organization mission: and contribute to economic growth, human welfare and protection of the environment.

The Organization uses a professional employer organization (PEO) for the filing of Forms W-2. As such, the organization itself does not issue any forms W-2 using its EIN. The Organization does, however, have 35 Employees who receive W-2s through the PEO Paymaster.

Form 990, Part X, Line 27

At December 31, 2017,and 2016 the USCIB had an accumulated deficit in unrestricted net assets of $3,911,416 and $5,159,255. Accordingly, the USCIB's Board of Trustees and management have been continuously considering various long-term strategies to ensure the continued operations of the USCIB. As a result, the management team implemented a number of restructuring initiatives during 2016 and 2017, designed to improve cash flows and to strengthen the statement of financial position. Significant cost reductions were achieved in salary and other targeted operating expenses, resulting in operating surpluses. Management's plan is to continue to use operating surpluses to build cash reserves and address liabilities. These restructuring efforts, along with healthy and growing operating revenues, point to a positive fiscal outlook for the USCIB.
