“The broadway league is a trade association representing various interests in the production of broadway theatre throughout the united states. Its members include theatre owners, producers,presenters and general managers, and its board of governors is drawn from members who undertake such roles. As a result, members of the board will almost certainly have business relationships with various other members of the board. Futher, certain members are employed by the same organization and certain board members have a family relationship with other board members.”
