Wyckoff neonatal services, pc is 100% controlled by wyckoff heights medical center and it follows wyckoff heights medical center's conflict of interest policy. The medical center monitors and enforces its policy as follows: general counsel reviews all annual conflict of interest questionnaires. Positive responses are reviewed and additional information is gathered to determine if a conflict exists. If a conflict exists, appropriate action is taken to eliminate the conflict, including such steps as reassignment of responsibilities or establishment of protective agreements. If a matter involves a board member or officer, appropriate action, including recusal and additional disclosures, will be determined by the board.
