Form 990, Part X, Page 11, Lines 23 and 17

There are two loans due catholic charities, diocese of rockville centre which provided funds for capital contributions to a low income housing limited partnership. The first loan consists of an original principal amount of $66,044, plus accrued interest through december 31, 2020 of $83,223. The second loan consists of a principal amount of $169,634 and interest through december 31, 2020 of $167,685.

The organization has annual board meetings to review and approve the compiled financial statements. The board also approves the selection of the independent accountant.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The corporation is a nonprofit organization exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The project's accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain tax positions when a liability is probable and estimable. Management has evaluated its tax positions and has determined that there are no material uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements. In addition, management is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes, nor any exposure to unrelated business income tax. The corporation's federal tax returns remain subject to examination by the relevant taxing authorities for a period of three years from when they are filed.
