The Board of Directors of Ruby Weston Manor shall be appointed by the sole member at each annual meeting of the corporation. Vacancies occurring in the Board of Directors for any reason shall be temporarily filled by the Board until the next annual meeting of the corporation at which time the vacancy shall be filled by the sole member and the directors so selected shall serve for the unexpired term of said vacancy.
