Eagle realty holdings, inc. Along with its affiliates hamlet fund, inc. And the ward melville heritage organization, ltd. Share a common board of trustees and are both managed by another affiliate, stony brook hamlet management, inc., which assesses a management fee to all organizations for their services.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11B: Form 990 Review Process

After the board has approved the financial statements, the form 990 is completed by the preparer and submitted to management. The document is reviewed by management and is then distributed to the board for review. The board has five days and any comments or questions are presented to management which communicates them directly to the preparer.
