“The four elected officers, also known as the governing body, meet to review the annual compiled financial report and corresponding form 990 tax return prepared by the independent accountants. Any questions or issues that the governing body may raise are discussed in detail and or resolved prior to signing and filing.”

“Upon written or verbal request, any interested parties are permitted to inspect the organization's governing constitution and by-laws directly from their web-site and review the annual financial statements and tax returns by contacting the office of the treasurer.”

“Volunteers assist chapter officers, committees and the administrator in organizing various chapter meetings, functions and events, such as the annual conference and dinner dance, as well as monthly meetings and other fundraising and scholarship events.”
