Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To establish and operate religious and educational institutions including inter alia synagogues and seminaries, schools for boys and girls and yeshivas. Additionally to engage in charity and relief including the provision of cheap housing for the jewish religiously observant needy. The corporation shall build or purchase residential apartments andshall rent them out to the homeless for reduced rent or purchase fees or reduced key money. The apartments shall be rented out to needy families solely in accordance with the means test and other relief tests to be determined that are relevant to assistance to the needy.
